Offshore Courses are mandatory DG Shipping, OPITO & STCW approved safety and technical training programs required for all personnel seeking employment in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry, FPSO, Rigs, and Offshore Vessels. These courses are essential for Deck Officers, Marine Engineers, ETOs, GP Ratings, and even non-marine fresher’s who want to work in offshore sector with high salary packages.
Our Offshore training focuses on real-life emergency handling at sea and on offshore installations – including Helicopter Safety, Sea Survival, Fire Fighting, First Aid, H2S Gas Safety, and Emergency Response. All training is conducted as per OPITO, BOSIET & DG Shipping standards with practical pool exercises, smoke house drills, and helicopter underwater escape simulator (HUET).

BOSIET - Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training
BOSIET is the mandatory first-time safety course for anyone joining an offshore oil rig, platform or offshore vessel. This 3-day OPITO approved course covers Safety Induction, Helicopter Safety & Escape, Sea Survival, Emergency First Aid, Fire Fighting and Self-Rescue. Without valid BOSIET certificate, offshore entry is not allowed. This is compulsory for all Deck, Engine, Ratings and freshers.
HUET - Helicopter Underwater Escape Training
HUET is a critical offshore safety module that trains you to escape safely from a ditched helicopter underwater. Training is done in a real pool with HUET simulator with full practical - breath holding, window escape, life jacket use and sea survival. It is part of BOSIET and is mandatory for all personnel travelling by helicopter to offshore rigs.
FOET - Further Offshore Emergency Training
FOET is the refresher course for BOSIET. As per OPITO, BOSIET validity is 4 years, after that you must do FOET to renew your offshore certificate. It includes refresher of HUET, Sea Survival, Fire Fighting and First Aid. If you already have BOSIET and want to continue offshore job, FOET is compulsory.
H2S (Hydrogen Sulphide) Safety Training
H2S (Hydrogen Sulphide) is a highly toxic gas found on offshore rigs and oil installations. This course trains you in H2S detection, safety precautions, emergency response and use of SCBA / BA Set. Practical training with full breathing apparatus is included. This certificate is mandatory for all rig and vessel crew working in offshore oil & gas sector.
Offshore Fire Fighting & Fire Prevention
Offshore Fire Fighting course provides practical training to handle fire emergencies on rigs, platforms and vessels. Training includes types of fire, extinguisher use, hose handling, BA Set wearing and live fire drills as per OPITO and DG Shipping norms. This is essential for safe working in high-risk offshore environment where fire risk is very high.
Sea Survival & Personal Survival Techniques (PST)
Sea Survival & Personal Survival Techniques (PST) teaches you how to survive at sea after abandoning vessel or rig. Practical training in swimming pool with life raft - jumping, boarding raft, survival techniques, signaling. It is a DG Shipping & STCW mandatory safety course and is part of BOSIET and also required for offshore vessel joining.
